Mr.Blue - ArtWar 4

In 1936. Institute was attacked by the Order of the Fox. Their eyes set on the Institute's powerful technology. Mr. Blue, one of their finest, was there to defend it.

This is my entry for ArtWar 4 contest. When I started with the contest I gave myself few personal goals I wanted to get done during the challenge. Character design, prop design, storytelling and world building. With all of those I pushed myself as much as I could to deliver something I would be proud of. I hope you'll like it.
