Croatian Tales of Long Ago - Little Frogs

Hello, little frogs… You are just two ordinary frogs, aren't you?
Did you know that this place was once an ice bowl inhabited only by humans incarcerated in snake, lizard, frog and other yucky bodies? Ops! No offence.
Anyway, they served their sentences here for centuries. Then it happened! One dimwitted schmuck allowed himself to be seduced by a snake. And when she switched back to her original, human shape, he went from dimwitted to completely witless. He almost killed his mother because the snake-girl was pretty!
Of course, that gave other prisoners the idea how to flee this place. Then all hell broke loose and I mean that literally. The gods burned the whole Stribor’s forest to the ground. And me and my crew helped. Yes, yes, we did!
And. It. Was. Beautiful. All the snakes, lizards, frogs and the rest popped like frosted balloons. Like frosted balloons filled with all kinds of warm, squishy, red goodies that made this land green and yum again.
